Flaming Grill in Surrey (St Johns) is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help run a busy kitchen, keeping it well stocked and clean so the team can deliver great dishes for guests.

You will support hygiene, safety, and clear communication to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly. The role offers training across our brands and a competitive benefits package to reward hard work.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.

• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
