Job summary

Greene King Hare & Hounds in Ramsbottom is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help run a busy kitchen, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the team has everything they need to deliver great meals. You will support cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the kitchen, contributing to a smooth service.

You will work in a fast-paced pub environment, communicate clearly with teammates, and develop your kitchen skills while upholding allergen controls and safety standards.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.
