Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse venue in the Catterick area is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help ensure a fast-paced service runs smoothly. You’ll keep supplies stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the team to deliver great meals for customers.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a busy kitchen, be eager to learn, and communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure everyone has what they need for a safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in kitchen or food service is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and safety in a busy kitchen.
• Clear communication with team and readiness to assist.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
