To be successful, you will need to hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, and have knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments. You should also be an efficient worker, capable of a high level of sustained physical effort, and display a positive and flexible aptitude for team working.
