Job summary

Chef & Brewer - Bra_101 is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to ensure a busy service runs smoothly by keeping stock levels and cleanliness to a high standard. You will support the team by making sure everything they need is ready, and you’ll help maintain safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

You will work with a positive team, helping to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment, while communicating clearly in English to support food safety and allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hygiene levels in a kitchen.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team to ensure needs are met.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
