Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the White Horse Hotel team within Castle Pubs. You’ll set up the kitchen, keep it clean and organized, and support the chefs to ensure dishes are ready for service.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, opportunities to grow with paid qualifications, plus pension, holiday entitlement, and share incentives as part of the package.

With your support as a Kitchen Assistant at the White Horse Hotel, everything will run smoothly! You’ll make sure the kitchen is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead; supporting the chefs to serve food to be proud of.
