Job summary

Red Lion at Vintage Inns is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help keep the kitchen stocked, clean and ready for service. You’ll support the chefs to deliver meals you can be proud of in a welcoming pub setting.

This role requires you to work as part of a team, handle busy shifts, and contribute to a positive guest experience. We offer flexible shifts and a strong staff benefits package including discounts and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.
• Must be reliable with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen for the day and prep stations.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized during shifts.
• Support chefs to prepare and serve meals to a high standard.
