Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant for a full-time role based in Exeter. You will be the heart of our operation, delivering high-quality food while upholding brand standards and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include kitchen cleanliness, safe equipment use, and assisting with deliveries. You will work in a Defence environment, maintain food safety and health standards, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and timekeeping.

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do, in their food, in their brand but most of all pride in their people.
