City Gate Exeter is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a welcoming kitchen team. The role suits someone with a passion for hospitality and a drive to maintain high standards in a busy pub environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside the kitchen team, contribute to delivering quality service, and benefit from a supportive Apprenticeship Scheme, career pathways, and staff discounts across Young's pubs and rooms.

We need hard-working and dedicated people behind the scenes to help our restaurants run smoothly and to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. As the successful Kitchen Porter you will:
