The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our kitchen’s day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Washing up and maintaining a clean environment for our chefs.
• Keeping the kitchen tidy and organized throughout each shift.
• Emptying bins and supporting the kitchen team with prep where needed.
• Restocking busy sections to keep our service running smoothly.
• Assisting with putting away deliveries and organizing stock.
• Notifying the Head Chef of low‑stock items to ensure we’re always prepared for the next service.
