Job summary

Brockwell Seam is hiring a Food Production Operative to help prepare the kitchen for daily service and support the culinary team. You will ensure the kitchen is stocked, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead, contributing to a smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food production environment advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen for the day and ensure it is ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and other staff to deliver meals.
