Job description
Overview

Our Kitchen Assistants focus on supporting kitchen team in creating positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role reports to the Kitchen Manager. Kitchen Assistant duties include:

  • Basic Food Preparation: When the kitchen is extremely busy, kitchen staff may ask you to support with basic food prep
  • Dishwashing: All dishes ranging from pots and pans to cutlery are either hand washed or loaded into the dishwasher
  • Delivery Organisation: You will be responsible for receiving deliveries and ensuring they are organised once in the kitchen
  • Storage Management: Storage must be organised so that all ingredients are easily accessible
  • Waste Removal: All waste bins are emptied, ensuring all waste is disposed of promptly
  • Material collection: If your Chefs need materials or ingredients, you will support by collecting them

Beyond that, you\'ll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
