We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen brigade and play a vital role to support the smooth operation of the Spa Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing food ingredients and dishes
• Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
• Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
• Checking sell‑by dates and rotating food stock
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Supporting various tasks to support our kitchen operation
• Managing dishwashing and ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchenware
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Being a reliable and proactive team player, contributing to overall efficiency of the kitchen
