Job summary

Greene King, via Chef & Brewer pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help run a busy kitchen smoothly and to keep the area well stocked and clean. You will support the team to ensure the correct dishes are prepared efficiently and to high standards.

Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, with good spoken English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities to develop within Greene King brands.

Qualifications

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours to keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and the area is kept clean and organized.
• Follow allergen controls and health & safety protocols at all times.
