Grosvenor Edinburgh Maybury is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join a fast-paced casino kitchen. You’ll help maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and service, supporting chefs and the front of house as needed.

From prepping ingredients to keeping the kitchen organized, your role is essential to delivering the casino experience. The team values energy, reliability and a positive attitude, with opportunities to learn and grow within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group.

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality experience and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll work as part of a fast-paced team, and help maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service.

From prepping ingredients to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, your role is vital to the casino experience.

Skills & Experience Needed:

We’re looking for someone with solid hospitality experience, a passion for great service, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
