Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse pubs are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help keep a busy service running smoothly. You’ll ensure the kitchen is well stocked, clean, and organized, supporting the team to create the perfect dish for customers.

You’ll maintain hygiene and safety standards and communicate clearly with colleagues so the kitchen has everything it needs to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work quickly in a busy kitchen while following hygiene rules.
• Good spoken and written English to understand allergen controls.
