Proper Locals is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the workspace stays clean for service.

You'll work with the team to guarantee everyone has what they need, maintain hygiene and follow safety regulations, and communicate clearly to keep the service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
