Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse pubs are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to help run a busy service. You’ll keep the kitchen well stocked, clean, and make sure the team has everything they need to deliver great meals.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high hygiene standards, communicate clearly with colleagues, and bring a positive can-do attitude while learning and growing in a supportive pubs group.

Qualifications

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen during busy service to keep things flowing smoothly.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and surfaces are clean and sanitised.
