Job summary

Daish’s Holidays is seeking Kitchen Assistants to join a growing team with year-round employment. The role involves cleaning kitchen equipment, washing and storing items, and assisting with basic food prep. You’ll need to follow COSHH and safety policies to maintain a safe workspace.

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with shifts starting early and finishing by 8:30pm. There are bonus schemes and family holiday perks to explore as part of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• To undertake all aspects of cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings and light equipment using cleaning products as instructed, and at a time according to the cleaning rota or as directed.
• To wash, sort and store all items of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking implements.
• Basic food preparation tasks as requested by the kitchen management.
• Be aware of company COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but our kitchen team finish no later than 8.30pm! Breakfast shifts starts from 7am and will be finished by 11am latest!
