Mitchells & Butler plc’s Toby Carvery – Northbourne is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to keep the kitchen stocked, clean and ready for service. You’ll support the chefs to deliver meals with pride in a busy pub restaurant environment.

You’ll join a friendly team, enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities to develop through funded qualifications. The role focuses on setting up the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with colleagues to serve great roast dinners.
