The Ideal Collection is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen across multiple venues. You will help with wash-up, keep the workspace clean, and contribute to a safe, efficient service.

This role offers training to progress into a Commis Chef when ready, with flexible rotas, fair pay, and access to local produce meals. You will join a friendly team that values clear communication and a positive workplace.
