Job summary

Greene King is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support busy services in our Farmhouse Inns kitchens. You will help run the main line and carvery, ensuring the area is well stocked, clean and compliant with hygiene standards.

You’ll work closely with the team to provide the space and equipment needed to deliver quality dishes for customers. You will bring a passion for working in a fast-paced kitchen, a willingness to learn, and solid English communication to follow allergen controls and kitchen

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication to ensure the team has what it needs.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

As a Chef, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.
