Purpose

  • To provide support to the Head of Kit in audit and ordering of MCWFC Team Kit
  • To provide all training and match kit for MCWFC Players and Staff
  • To Support ALL Kit Requirements for MCWFC with ALL relevant Departments
  • To provide all training equipment for MCWFC Team Coaches
  • Provide day to day direction and mentoring to Kit Assistant(s)
  • Work closely with the Laundry Supervisor and laundry team to ensure seamless coordination between kit and laundry operations, supporting the timely preparation, presentation and availability of all training and match kit

Your Impact

1. To organise and support all Training Kits for MCWFC Players and Staff.

2. To attend all MCWFC Support Management Meetings.

3. Co-coordinating training equipment with MCWFC Team Manager and Coaches, and support training sessions when required.

4. To organise ALL travel kit requirements for Domestic and European Games.

5. Maintaining exemplary housekeeping standards both at training ground and when representing club at home and away and ensuring all respective kit areas are kept neat and tidy.

6. To provide ALL MCWFC Team Players with the correct current boots for games (colourway etc).

7. To assist Senior Kit & Laundry Manager with MCWFC Team VIK Kit Orders.

8. To manage all football requirements for ALL competitions and with the relevant colour changes.

9. Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring and operational oversight to Kit Assistant, supporting their development, allocating tasks effectively, and ensuring high standards of delivery across all kit operations.

Essential

  • Experience of Professional Football or Experience of working in a professional sport environment.
  • IT proficient – and ability to work with computerised stock taking/recording.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel globally.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Punctual and presentable.
  • Self-management and motivated to perform duties to the best of their ability.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, in order to meet business requirements.

  • Organisational skills to ensure Players and Staff have the appropriate kit requirements in a timely manner.
