Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the stores area and adhere to all procedures.
• Control stock and perform material identification.
• Operate kit-cutting systems, including creating templates.

2+ years in the composites industry

Kit-cutting experience (ZUND)

Autoclave operation experience

Confident working independently

SAGE 200 stock control

Proficient with Microsoft 365

Kit Cutter

Location: Coventry

TXM Recruit are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in sourcing an experienced Stores & Kit-Cutting Technician to assist with daily stores operations, kit cutting, stock management, and autoclave processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the stores area and adherence to procedures.
• Stock control, material identification, and FIFO management.
• Operation of the kit-cutting system (including template creation).
• Loading/unloading autoclaves.
• Assisting with mould/component breakout for production.
• Supporting ongoing 5S and LEAN improvements???????

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in the composites industry (laminator or fitter background).
• Kit-cutting experience (ZUND).
• Autoclave operation experience.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• SAGE 200 stock control.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, logical approach.
• Good H&S awareness.
