You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring players and staff have everything they need for training, matches and travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, issuing, collecting and reconciling kit for the First Team, Under-18s, Under-16s and Women’s Team, ensuring sizes, quantities, names and squad numbers are accurate.
  • Supporting the preparation, packing, transportation, set-up and unpacking of matchday and travel kit and equipment.

  • Can follow equipment operating instructions, garment‑care requirements and health and safety procedures, with a willingness to undertake all required training.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, demonstrating reliability, discretion and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high‑performance environment.
  • Is flexible and available to work five days out of seven, including regular Sundays, evenings, weekends and matchdays as required.
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Previous experience working within professional sport or another fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
  • Practical experience using commercial washing machines, tumble dryers and garment‑finishing equipment.
  • Knowledge of COSHH requirements, infection‑control procedures and the safe handling and storage of chemicals.
