Location : YO! Tesco Walkden Hours : 45 hours per week | 7-day rota | Standard shifts : 8 : 00am starts –7 : 00pm finishes

What You’ll Do
As a Kiosk Manager, you’ll lead by example and ensure smooth day-to-day operations :
- Oversee all aspects of kiosk management — including rotas, holidays, and team wellbeing.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food alongside your team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain exceptional standards in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Manage stock efficiently through accurate ordering, deliveries, and weekly / monthly checks.
- Record deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks accurately using our internal Trail app.
- Ensure full compliance with allergen and food safety procedures, delivering accurate information to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with YO! policies.
- Promote and uphold a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Liaise with Regional Manager regularly, for business updates, audits and improvements.
- Report directly to the franchisee with periodic stats and figures, as required.
What You’ll Bring
- A willingness to work 5 / 7 days with 8am starts and upto 7pm finishes, with regular weekend working, including Bank Holidays.
- Previous experience in the food industry (experience with Oriental cuisine is an advantage, but not essential).
- Educated to degree level (management related subjects advantageous)
- A Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 supervisory preferred).
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- A proactive attitude and the flexibility to travel to multiple sites as your career progresses.
