Job summary

Kinexys is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive development and optimization through user research, metrics analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to the strategic roadmap by translating insights into actionable epics and user stories, shaping product experiences across the lifecycle, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant field.
• Understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Experience with discovery and requirements definition.
• Exposure to cross-border payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
• Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
• Maintains product documentations across capability domains

As a Senior Product Associate in Kinexys, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Experience with storyboarding and PowerPoint deck creation
• Experience with problem solving - no problem, whether qualitative or quantitiative in nature, should be too scary to solve
• Experience or exposure to cross-border payments processing in an institutional or corporate payments context
