About The Job You’re Considering

We are seeking a certified Kinaxis Solution Architect with a thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs, and best practices in supply chain planning.

Work Environment

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

1. Translate business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, following industry trends and best practices.
2. Conduct discovery sessions with users to understand and document configuration requirements, including supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, and objectives for Kinaxis implementation.
3. Design data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations using standard functionalities in RapidResponse.
4. Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities.
5. Assign tasks to project members, review deliverables, and track progress.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or completed all certification requirements. Bachelor’s degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.
3. Led at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning solutions, including requirements gathering, design, testing, go-live, and value realization.
4. Experience with Agile methodology for large-scale enterprise solutions.

Security Clearance

Successful candidates will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, but recent residence outside the UK may require additional checks.
