Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Newbury is seeking a DL Kids Coach to lead games, sports activities and art sessions for children aged 3–12 after school and on weekends. The role also supports holiday clubs during school breaks, offering engaging sport camp experiences.

Applicants should be 17+ and working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification, with a genuine passion for engaging children and creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare / teaching / coaching qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Show a genuine passion with engaging individuals and children.

Responsibilities

• Host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions with members aged 3–12 after school and at weekends.
• Support holiday club programmes during school holidays, providing sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides.
• Hours will vary but will be upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.
