Version 1 is offering an Early Careers Programme open to graduates, career changers and returners to technology consulting. The 12‑week Digital Skills Academy provides technical, professional and consulting training, with mentors and accredited providers to build confidence and networks.

A training allowance is provided, and top performers can move into a permanent Associate Consultant role following graduation.

Qualifications

• University degree in STEM with 2:2 classification.
• Love problem-solving and perseverance.
• Passionate about technology consulting and helping clients succeed.
• Eligible to work in the UK/ Ireland; prior IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Digital Skills Academy to gain technical, professional and consulting skills.
• Receive mentored training and industry certifications across partners like AWS, Microsoft and Oracle.
• Progress to a permanent Associate Consultant role after successful Academy completion and core values alignment.
