Toolstation Limited in Redditch is recruiting a Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) for a 6‑month fixed term contract. The role is 24 hours per week, requiring early starts and late finishes due to store hours.

You will be the friendly face serving customers, handling deliveries, stocking shelves, and supporting the store team to deliver excellent service. Local commuting is essential and growth opportunities exist within the business.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need
• Be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team and provide short term supervisory cover
• Provide outstanding service and assist customers during busy times
• Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and needs
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers
