A leading housing association is looking for a Property Manager to oversee lettings and manage relationships with external stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven record in delivering customer-focused services. The ideal candidate will manage void stocks, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and provide excellent service to residents. As a Property Manager you will be part of the lettings process working closely with external stakeholders helping people to report repairs management of ASB cases complaints and the delivery of a quality housing management service. To do this we will provide you with extensive training and ongoing support.
