The Job

You\'ll be kept busy, working to support pupils’ learning and development. You\'ll take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to flourish, achieve and progress. You\'ll work on developing learning activities, promoting confidence, and encouraging pupils to act independently to succeed and progress.

You\'ll Be

• Experience teaching within a Primary education environment – QTS / ECT
• Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication and behavioural management skills
• Promote happiness, self-reliance and encourage positive interactions
• Have a passion for working with children and young people to improve their educational and personal development
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Adaptable, patient, proactive and enthusiastic
