Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder at Lakeside Village Outlet in Essex to lead on the shop floor, open/close when needed, and uphold the Levi’s brand values.

You will coach Stylists, drive exceptional customer service, manage stock and visual presentation, and support store management to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and representing a premium brand.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team on the shop floor.
• Experience working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and representing the Levi’s brand.
• Coach Stylists and motivate the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Oversee store operations during key hours, including opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with stock deliveries, stockroom organization and stock control.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts – including opening and closing when management are not present.

• Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
