Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing high-value client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic Key Client Director to retain and develop a portfolio of national corporate clients with significant healthcare spend, across insured and healthcare trust arrangements, together with health and wellbeing services including EAP product offerings. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our company's growth by delivering exceptional client service, driving profitable outcomes, and supporting the achievement of our Sales and Marketing strategies, plans, and targets. If you excel at fostering long-term partnerships and have a proven track record in managing corporate clients within the health and wellbeing services sector, including EAP, we want to hear from you.
Note: At AXA we support flexible working arrangements and a balance between office presence and remote work. You will work at least two days a week away from home (40%), moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events. Details can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
