AXA Health in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior corporate client manager to retain and grow a national B2B portfolio across insured and health services. You will deliver exceptional client service, drive profitable outcomes and support strategy execution.
You will work in a hybrid setup, spending time both at home and in the office, with regular client engagements and industry events to strengthen relationships and grow AXA Health's market presence.

Job overview:
You’ll retain and develop a portfolio of national corporate clients with significant healthcare spend, across insured and healthcare trust arrangements, together with health and wellbeing services including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) product offerings. You’ll contribute to AXA Health’s growth by delivering exceptional client service, driving profitable outcomes and supporting the achievement of strategies, plans and targets.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
