Source in London is seeking a Midweight Key Art Designer to develop and deliver key art and campaign creative from brief to final artwork. You will work closely with Senior Designers, Creative Directors and Producers on high-profile campaigns, shaping concepts and executing image-led designs with a strong eye for typography and layout.

You will collaborate with producers and account teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain high standards, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Designer or Midweight Designer in an agency or studio.
• A strong portfolio showing key art, campaign creative or high-quality image-led design
• Excellent Photoshop skills, especially compositing, retouching and image manipulation
• A good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition
• Confidence taking an idea from initial brief through to final execution
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A collaborative, positive approach and openness to feedback

• Developing key art concepts and multiple creative routes from briefs
• Building compositions using photography, supplied assets, typography and image manipulation
• Retouching, compositing and enhancing imagery to a high standard
• Delivering campaign creative across print, OOH, digital and social formats
• Taking direction and feedback from senior creatives and refining your work
• Working with producers and account teams to deliver work accurately and on time
• Managing several projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio
