Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain key customers and position AMS as their preferred supply partner.
  • Working with customer service team in managing and improving customer communication on orders and complaint handling.
  • Forecasting for specific customers and providing data to Business Unit Director and internal departments on future trends and forecasts.
  • Responding to technical questions from customers.
  • Provide market feedback to the business.
  • Supporting BDM with progressing artwork, change controls and coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Provide performance data to key accounts to build pro‑active relationships.
Qualifications
  • Science or Business degree.
  • Proven relevant key account management experience within a business to business environment.
  • Preference given to experience within wound care or medical devices.
  • Expanding key accounts via relationship and knowledge building.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Broad commercial knowledge.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Language skills desirable.Jobholder should be prepared to travel between 25 and 50% of time.
  • Home based living within North West.
