Chromalox seeks a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow OEM Customer Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring accurate order entry, and serving as the primary liaison between Operations, Quality, Logistics, and the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow OEM customer accounts by developing strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer requests and inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for account development and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chromalox products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in OEM or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
