What You’ll Need

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing key accounts within our customer portfolio
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs and concerns promptly
  • Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
  • Hitting sales targets and pre‑defined objectives
  • Forecasting order input amounts and timings
  • Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
  • Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users
  • Leading and driving new initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining long‑term business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
