Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives while managing territory budget and resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement an annual territory business plan based on market data and marketing strategy.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers to educate on product positioning, patient suitability, reimbursement pathways, and patient support programs (PSPs).
  • Drive impactful customer engagement through face‑to‑face meetings, educational programs, speaker events, hospital rounds, and digital channels.
  • Partner with colleagues (KAMs and MSLs) to share insights and build critical territory synergies.
  • Identify and cultivate advocacy within key accounts and treatment centres.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, expense management, and compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Actively represent the company at local, regional, and national meetings.
Travel

Travel extensively - 50%, including overnight, across Quebec and Eastern Canada to support key accounts.

What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in Science, Healthcare, or Business.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years in Specialty or Rare Diseases.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing territory strategies that deliver superior sales results.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and solution‑oriented selling skills.
  • Proven ability to build advocacy and trusted partnerships across hospital and institutional settings.
  • Excellent scientific aptitude with the ability to conduct disease and concept education.
  • Strong understanding of local managed markets (public and private) and hospital environments.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, combined with strong organizational ability.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to deliver results under tight timelines.

Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and CRM systems (., Veeva).
