A dynamic insurance company is seeking a Key Account Manager – Intermediaries to strengthen their presence within the intermediary channel. We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Intermediaries to strengthen YuLife’s presence and performance within the intermediary channel. This role will be crucial in driving revenue growth, deepening engagement with adviser partners, and embedding YuLife’s proposition across intermediary firms.
We are looking for someone to grow YuLife’s intermediary channel by managing and expanding key adviser and consultant relationships, driving new business and enabling partners to confidently position YuLife to their clients.
This role requires a proactive, relationship driven individual who combines commercial acumen with the ability to deliver hands‑on support, training, and strategic partnership activation.
Take ownership of a portfolio of intermediary partners, including adviser firms.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders – from business owners and consultants to proposition and distribution leads.
Understand partner business models, challenges, and opportunities to tailor YuLife’s support and engagement.
Develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual growth and improve pipeline quality.
Proactively identify new opportunities within existing partners to grow PMI and GroupRisk product uptake.
Drive cross‑sell and upsell initiatives to increase revenue per account.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting to ensure commercial visibility and accountability.
Primarily work across SME & Mid‑market client segments.
Deliver engaging product and proposition training to advisers and consultant teams.
Provide deal‑level support, helping advisers articulate the YuLife proposition to their clients. Present the YuLife proposition to adviser clients & prospects.
Partner with marketing and enablement teams to create tailored collateral, campaigns, and co‑branded materials for partners.
Act as a day‑to‑day contact for partner queries, ensuring a responsive, solutions‑oriented experience.
Work closely with the Key Account Director – Intermediaries and the wider Growth team to align strategy and execution.
Feed partner insights back into the business to inform proposition development, pricing, and marketing activity.
Work with our Customer Success Teams to support key client conversations & upsells.
