About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients across a range of sectors including food processing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. You\'ll act as the vital link between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive outreach
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and production teams
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service and maintain strong communication throughout the customer journey
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and account plans
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
