A top safety service provider in the UK seeks a Contract / Key Account Manager to manage high-profile service contracts, ensuring compliance with standards and exceeding SLAs. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire systems, a proactive mindset, and a valid UK driving licence. This role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000, a company car or allowance, and numerous benefits.
Location: Midlands (Milton Keynes – Derby corridor)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + car or allowance + benefits
Company: Trinity Fire & Security (part of PTSG – Premier Technical Services Group)
At Trinity Fire & Security, we don’t just maintain fire systems — we protect people, businesses, and reputations.
We’re looking for a hands-on Contract / Key Account Manager to take charge of several high-profile, multi-million-pound customers. You’ll be the vital link between our clients and our operational teams — making sure our fire alarm service, inspection, and installation contracts run like clockwork.
This isn’t a desk-based account management role. You’ll be out meeting clients, solving problems, making things happen, and ensuring every SLA and KPI is hit — if not exceeded.
Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts — from mobilisation to delivery and renewals.
Build trusted, long-term partnership with a key client.
Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities.
Support technical teams on-site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards.
Attend client meetings across the UK — typically 1–2 days per week of travel.
You might already be a Contract Manager or Key Account Manager — or perhaps a Service Manager or Engineering Supervisor ready to take the next step. You’ll have:
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS5839 standards.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
Confidence in managing high-value contracts and multiple stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
£50,000 – £60,000 (depending on background)
Company car or car allowance
23 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension, life assurance, and employee assistance programme
Real career growth within one of the UK’s fastest-growing safety service providers
Join a business where no two days are the same, where your ideas matter, and where you’ll genuinely see the results of your work.
