Summary

As a Key Account Manager, this individual’s role will be at the forefront of driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with Car Dealers in key markets including Richmond and Roanoke, VA. The customer base includes GM, Mopar, Ford, and import New Car Dealers. This role involves devising strategic plans to maximize value from key accounts, fostering trust‑based partnerships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through innovative solutions and proactive problem‑solving. By staying informed about industry trends and collaborating closely with internal teams, this candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business success.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Enhance market share and foster loyalty among existing customers to strengthen market share.
  • Exceed sales targets and operational benchmarks within designated territory.
  • Formulate and implement tailored account strategies to drive revenue growth.

Travel

Key Account Managers will travel within their assigned territory and are asked to be customer facing 90% of the workday. Very little, if any, overnight stays are required. All travel is by motor vehicle, no flights required.
