This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, technology-led 4PL organisation in a pivotal Key Account Manager role-where you’ll take ownership of strategic accounts, drive growth, and shape long-term, high-value customer partnerships.

The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you will act as the key interface between your clients and the business, managing strategic 4PL accounts. You’ll oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring clients receive integrated, efficient logistics solutions while driving growth and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers in your assigned 4PL accounts.
  • Develop and deliver Key Account Plans that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage your portfolio performance and sales pipeline.
  • Lead customer reviews, addressing challenges and implementing improvement actions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and technology developments to provide strategic insight.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage account documentation.
  • Support resolution of critical invoicing issues and work closely with Finance on receivables.
  • Identify additional business opportunities within your portfolio and beyond.
