You will establish relationships with consulting engineers and contractors while managing the sales pipeline in London and southwest England. The ideal candidate has Mechanical/Electrical qualifications and a successful track record in project sales. Overview

Danfoss Climate Solutions are looking for a Key Account Manager who can contribute with sales pipeline management and sales growth for key products in commercial buildings in line with agreed plans and goals. You are able to establish strong relationships with key consulting engineers, contractors and merchants/distributors. Finally, you are an excellent communicator. You will work from home and cover the London and southwest England.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial building portfolio products - such as IOT actuators, balancing valves, Energy Meters, Heat Exchangers and commercial TRVs.
  • Focus on London area of the UK and product sales specialist commercial merchants and distributors.
  • Grow pipeline and sales for key products in commercial buildings in line with agreed plans and goals.
  • Specify products to M+E consultants.
  • Establish strong relationships with BMS and M+E contractors and specialists HVAC merchants/wholesalers.
  • Perform product selection and dimensioning for customers, if requested technical product and application support to customers.
  • Responsibility for the entire partner landscape in the region with significant existing sales and high growth potential.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical/Electrical qualifications, experience in a Mechanical/Electrical sales role or from another similar/relevant area of expertise.
  • You have a proven track record within project sales and working knowledge of building service heating system design.
  • You have good IT skills.
  • On the personal part we will prefer an outgoing, communicative team player with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
