The Role

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Overseeing the full order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Configuring customer accounts within internal systems for optimal efficiency.
  • Handling client claims with speed and professionalism.
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and product conditions on arrival.
  • Tracking and analysing KPIs related to service and operational performance.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date, accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Offering guidance and tailored support to customers using the company’s products.
  • Collaborating with Area Sales Managers to proactively address account needs.
  • Managing compensation and refund processes with a customer‑first approach.
  • Continually improving internal procedures around client feedback and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar account management or sales support role.
  • Fluency in English (native or C2 level) – speaking Spanish would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
