Overview

Evolve are recruiting for leading Ophthalmology company who are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. You'll manage our client's glaucoma pharmaceutical business, driving sales, promotion, and education of the product portfolio. Alongside this, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, positioning our client as a trusted partner and leading presence in the glaucoma and dry eye market.

Territory

This is a full-time position working across the Lincolnshire, Peterborough, Cambridge & Norfolk territory.

Ideal Requirements for the Key Account Manager
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Secondary care/NHS sales experience with a passion to work within Ophthalmology.
  • Proven record of achieving sales success.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
  • High standard of oral and written communication, including well developed presentation skills.
Role Responsibilities for the Key Account Manager
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in both the NHS and private sector.
  • Conduct effective and challenging customer interactions which progresses account objectives and enhances partnership working.
  • Create a clear and effective stakeholder map, including decision makers, influences and access generators.
  • Develop a business plan for the area to manage all aspects of the business.
  • To maintain complete, accurate and up to date customer records in line with company processes and policies and utilise this data for planning and reports.
