£60,000 + Benefits | Monday-Friday Role

We're recruiting a Key Account Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation where you'll take ownership of strategic accounts, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across your assigned account portfolio, developing a deep understanding of their needs and positioning the business as a preferred supplier.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Team to create customer-centric Key Account Plans with clear goals and strategies - driving new business, retaining existing clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on your sales pipeline and overall portfolio performance.
  • Lead customer satisfaction reviews, addressing challenges and ensuring all improvement actions are followed through.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and company offerings to deliver informed, relevant conversations with customers and prospects.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data for all assigned accounts.
